A submarine friend sent me a package a few days ago and I have been having so much enjoyment going through the material.
Today’s entry is a visit to 1968 when the Submarine Base at New London was celebrating its 100th Birthday.

Went to sub schl and Aux Pkg Schl there in ’66! Went dwn to dsl boats w/friend to get my prac facs 4 EN3! Qualified dive in hard hat diving suit for Navy diver schl in ’70! Completed Navy Diver cis in Key West! Yes, old memories, ones you don’t 4get!!
